Simple but serious: no BVN, no card PIN, no OTP, no banking password. We need enough information to know who buys, who pays and where goods go.
Why we ask this
Redivivis sells tested IT equipment through approved commercial channels. We ask for buyer, payer and delivery details to prevent fraud, comply with AML/CFT expectations, issue invoices to the right party and protect both sides.
We do not ask for BVN, card PIN, OTP, online banking password or private bank login.How we protect this data
KYC and order details are used only for account approval, quotation, invoice release, payment matching, delivery and compliance review. Redivivis limits access to authorised admin/sales staff, keeps an internal audit trail, and does not publish customer KYC data in the public stocklist.
